- Keep Budget, Happiness and Services healthy across 4 years, then win re-election with 55% approval or more.
- Copy your end-of-run recap, climb the local top-5 leaderboard, and rise from Rookie to Legend.
Tips
- Parks and festivals lift happiness fast but drain the budget — pair them with a budget-raising law.
- Libraries and buses give steady happiness and services gains without the biggest bills.
- Always read the petition options: the generous-sounding choice is usually the one voters reward.
