Claim the Turf

About this game

Claim the Turf is a fast .io-style territory conquest game: start from a small home base, draw trails around open land, and step home to claim it. Cross a rival bot's trail to wipe them out and open their turf for the taking, but never let a rival cross your trail. Play the Daily map or a Free Run in this browser games pick for quick, tense matches.

How to play

1. Pick a mascot, then tap Play Free Run, Play Daily, or Relaxed Run.
2. Move with arrows, WASD, swipe, or the on-screen pad. Leaving your home base starts a trail.
3. Loop around open land and step back onto your own turf to claim the trail and everything inside the loop.
4. Cross a rival bot's trail to wipe them out. Their turf turns open land and their trail becomes yours.
5. First to 18% of the map wins. In Relaxed Run there is no elimination, so you can practise loops safely.

Tips

• Short loops are safe loops. Long loops pay more but leave you exposed longer.
• Watch the rival percentages: a rival near 18% needs their trail cut, not a chase.
• In Daily mode the bot bases are seeded by the date, so everyone faces the same map today.
