Hop between fading light pools, feed your lantern with fireflies, and outlast the curious Gloom Puffs in Flickerlight, a spooky browser games survival challenge with daily gardens and a gentle night mode.
How to play
- Move with WASD or arrow keys, or hold and drag anywhere on the field.
- Stand inside a glowing light pool to stay safe — Gloom Puffs cannot enter it.
- Hop to a fresh pool before yours flashes FADING and goes out.
- Catch fireflies to refill your lantern light and earn sparks.
- Survive 60 seconds until dawn breaks to win; lose all hearts and the dark wins.
Tips
- Move early: leave a pool while it still has a few seconds left, not after it starts flashing.
- A Gloom Puff lingering at your pool's edge sizzles away on its own — let the light do the work.
- Fireflies are worth chasing: each one refills lantern light and pays a spark toward new lanterns.
- In Gentle Night the Gloom Puffs are slower and you get five hearts — learn the garden there first.
