About this game

Pick & Chime is a gentle idle entry among browser games: tap and hold to mine chime crystals with Pip the chipmunk, buy better pickaxes and richer tones, hire firefly helpers, and unlock four glowing caverns at your own pace — no fail state, no timers, just soft sound and steady progress.

How to play

1. Tap the big crystal, or press and hold it, to chip off shards and play a chime tone.
2. Spend shards on better pickaxes for more shards per tap, richer chime tones, and firefly helpers that mine every second.
3. Unlock Echo Grotto, Starfall Deep, and Moonlit Vault as you gather shards — each multiplies your per-tap shards.
4. In Daily Chime, mine the seeded daily goal for everyone that day; in Free Run, mine at your own pace.
5. Tap End Session whenever you like to bank a recap and a spot on your local top-5 board.
6. Your progress saves automatically; export it any time from the menu.

Tips

• Hold the crystal instead of tapping — it mines steadily about five times a second.
• Buy a firefly helper early: idle shards keep growing even while you read the shop.
• Unlock a new cavern before a big pickaxe purchase — the multiplier applies to every tap after.
