Pick Sam, Penny, or Bolt, read fastballs, curveballs, and changeups, and chase the target runs before three outs end your game.

How to play

1. Tap Play Daily for today's seeded game, Play Free Run for a fresh game, or Practice for slower pitches.
2. Watch each pitch travel to the plate and tap SWING, press Space, or tap the field when the ball is in the strike zone.
3. Sweet spot (gold band) is a home run for 2 runs; the good zone is a double for 1 run; other contact in the zone is a single for 0 runs.
4. Let a pitch outside the zone pass for a ball; 4 balls is a walk that drives in 1 run. A pitch in the zone you let pass is a called strike; 3 strikes is an out.
5. Three outs end the game. The moment you reach the target runs, the game ends as a win and you advance to the next playoff round.

Tips

• Swing a fraction early on fastballs: they cross the plate fastest.
• Curveballs drift sideways, so watch the ball itself, not just the zone.
• Slow-mo helps when the Final round feels quick, and it stays on until you switch it off.
