Secret Word Squad: a local imposter party game for 3 to 8 players. Pass-and-play with friends plus bot players, or play solo against bots. No network play in this standalone file.
How to play
- Pass-and-play on one device: crewmates know the secret word, the imposter only knows its category. Bots can fill out the squad.
- Everyone gives a one-word clue, then the squad votes someone out.
- Eject the imposter to win as crew. Survive 3 rounds, or see 2 crewmates ejected, to win as imposter.
- The room code is local-only: it names this device’s game so friends in the same room can join the pass-and-play round on this screen. There is no network play.
Tips
- A clue that is too vague hides the word but also hides you — aim for clues only a crewmate would give.
- Watch for clues that fit too many words: that is often the imposter playing it safe.
- As imposter, borrow the category’s most obvious word and stay quiet in the vote.
