About this game

Silhouette Showdown is a daily zoom-out guessing game in the puzzle games family: a mystery shape starts huge, dark, and cropped, then zooms out step by step while you race to name it. Guess early for up to 500 points, spend coins on letter hints and color splashes, and chase the double-points Showdown round in endless Practice.

How to play

1. Press Play Daily for today's one silhouette, or Practice for endless shapes.
2. Look at the huge, dark, cropped shape and read its theme clue.
3. Type your guess and press Guess — an early correct guess scores up to 500 points.
4. Press Zoom Out to see more of the shape, or spend coins on a Letter Hint or Color Splash.
5. A wrong guess widens the view a little instead of ending the round, unless the shape is already fully revealed.
6. In Practice, every 5th round is a Showdown round: double points against a 45-second clock.

Tips

• The cropped detail at step 1 is a clue, not noise: ears, wheels, and handles give the shape away first.
• Save your coins for the Daily — a Letter Hint there can protect a streak-winning guess.
• A Showdown round doubles even a step-1 guess, so guess fast when the clock is running.
