Lantern Grid Daily: place one lantern per row, column and region, none touching, not even diagonally. A new date-seeded puzzle game grid every day, plus practice grids.
How to play
- Tap a square to place a lantern, tap again to remove it.
- You need exactly one lantern in every row, column and coloured region.
- No two lanterns may touch, not even diagonally. Red outlines mark conflicts.
- Fill the grid with no conflicts to win. Daily grids are date-seeded and identical for everyone today.
Tips
- Work from the region with the fewest open squares first — it narrows the choices fastest.
- Check diagonals as well as rows and columns: a lantern one square away diagonally still counts as touching.
- Warm up on a 5 by 5 practice grid before the 6 by 6 daily.
